Below are some helpful tips for making your online shopping experience go smoothly.

I have been an Etsy seller since 2008. I currently have over 4000 sales and excellent 5 star reviews.
Having an Etsy account is not necessary for check out, but if you'd like to get a head start on making check out easier and faster, you can create an account at any time.
Please note that the availability of the pots in your cart can only be confirmed upon completing the checkout process; before that, the pots in your cart are not reserved from general availability.
Some pots will sell out very quickly. I recommend getting to the Etsy site at the designated start time for best chances on getting what you want.
SHIPPING I take great care in shipping your pots, they will be shipped out 1-5 days after your purchase (usually on the faster side).
If you make multiple purchases during the sale I will consolidate your orders and it may be possible to refund any shipping overages.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS, please note that a $60 flat shipping rate will be applied to your order. I will find the least expensive method of shipping and then refund any overages if the cost is less than $60. If the cost of shipping exceeds $60 I will contact you via Etsy Message to let you know of the amount required to ship. Once that has been paid I will complete the order and send your tracking information. Please know that International shipping may be slow and that you are responsible for any customs charges on your end.
LOCAL CUSTOMERS, if you would like to do curbside pickup, enter discount code PICKUP in the checkout, and your shipping charges will be removed. We will arrange a time for you to stop by and pick up your pots at the studio.
RETURNS Returns must be made within 7 days after receiving your order. If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me and we will sort it out. I will refund you the price of the pot. You are responsible for all shipping charges back to me. It is very important that the return be packed properly and securely. It must arrive back to me in it’s original condition in order for you to receive a refund.
